The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions in beautiful Gatlinburg. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a 24/7 outdoor pool and a quiet indoor pool. The room was recently remodeled and it was stunningly beautiful and very clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

We loved our stay at the hotel - the location was perfect! We could easily walk to all the attractions in the city, as well as the beautiful national park nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the indoor and outdoor pools. Our room was clean and cozy, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking a peaceful creek. We also enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine, as well as the milk and cookies in the evenings.

The facilities were outstanding, with amenities like a fireplace and a jetted tub that made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a beautiful design, with mirrors in the room that made it look larger and more like a hotel than a motel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a good mix of options to start the day, and the wine and cheese in the evening was a cute touch that allowed me to mingle with other guests. it was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay in this hotel. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed and assisted us whenever needed. The convenient location at the end of the strip in such a busy area allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy its attractions. Additionally, being in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering spacious rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful stream. The parking options and transportation amenities, including an elevator and stairs, added to the convenience of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and satisfying each day.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with a renovated look. The hotel facilities were great, with two TVs, a small table with chairs, and a desk with a chair. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful stream and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in this city.
